Yes, all Sim-Lab hardware and electronic components are covered by a 12-month limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects and technical malfunctions.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. For opened electronics, items must be in original condition with all cables, manuals, and packaging included. A restocking fee may apply.
Are Sim-Lab products compatible with third-party software?
