Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Place the electronics in their original packaging with all manuals and accessories included to ensure your return is eligible for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
